This is the feature class that the GeoTREE Center populated with address points. Basically GeoTREE students did this by putting a point on buildings or utility assets. This was done by referencing a variety of other data and ancillary information. The main source was scanned plat book and other maps provided by the City of Waterloo but also used were: base imagery, Waterloo streets data, BHC parcel data, Google Maps and Street View, and Polk City Directory. The main attributes filled out were the ADDRNUM, FULLNAME, and FULLADDR. For POINTTYPE (Alias: Location) Utility Asset was set if it was a utility asset otherwise nothing was set but the rest would be Buildings. CaptureMethod did not set but would all be 'Placed on Map'
Enable Editor Tracking was usually turned on and this led to the creation of created_user, created_date, last_edited_user, and last_edited_date being created and automatically populated.
Add_HL was created by John DeGroote and populated by running a script. The script was mainly used for formatting the string to match the forn naming convention. The forms are stored in ...Deliver\pdf. John DeGroote
